The short version
You start with a pilot for $299, paid once. I build one agent on your real leads and test it against one success test that we agree in writing on Day 1. If the pilot misses that test, you get the $299 back.
The pilot
- The pilot costs $299, paid once.
- Your agent answers your real leads.
- We agree one success test in writing on Day 1.
- If the pilot misses the success test, I refund the $299.
When the 14 days start
The 14 days start on the day I have everything I need from you: access to your tools, a sample of past enquiries, and your prices and policies. The refund applies when the pilot misses the success test we agreed in writing on Day 1.
The build
- The build costs $1,200, paid once, at a fixed price.
- The pilot fee is credited in full to the build. After a pilot, the build costs $901.
- I build one agent into your tools and train it on your prices and policies.
- You own the agent. The build includes 14 days of tuning.
- Each extra lead source or tool connection costs $600.
- You pay your own AI and hosting bills.
Care and cancellation
- Care is optional and costs $149 a month.
- Monitoring, fixes, prompt updates and a monthly report.
- To cancel Care, email hello@bymoin.com. Care stops at the end of the month you paid for.
- The first 3 clients of each agent get the first month of care free, in return for a case study with a measured number.
