Law firms

Reply to every new client enquiry in seconds.

Speed to lead matters for a law firm. A person with a legal problem writes to several firms. The first firm that answers often gets the case. I build two AI agents that answer for you.

Law firmsSimulated example

A customer writes

I was hurt at work last week. Can you help, and what does it cost?

The agent replies

I am sorry to hear that. We handle work injury claims, and the first call is free. Can I ask three short questions so the right lawyer calls you tomorrow?

Written for this page. It is not a real conversation.

The problems I hear

What gets in the way

  1. Calls go unanswered after hours, or while your team is in court.

  2. Web enquiries wait until the next morning.

  3. Your intake staff spend time on enquiries that never become cases.

Proof

Proof you can check

1.7 seconds

The live demo agent replied in a median of 1.7 seconds over 50 runs. I checked it on 19 October 2026. This is a demo result. It is not a result from a law firm. See the source.

Limits

You stay in control

What the agents do not do

  • The agents never give legal advice.
  • The agents never promise a result.
  • The agents say they are an AI assistant.
  • A person checks anything the agent doubts before it reaches a client.

Your firm stays in charge

Your firm stays in charge. You approve the fact sheet and every message template the agent uses. State bar rules apply to your own messages, so your firm checks them. This page is not legal advice.

Where your data goes

Your data stays in your own tools. The security page lists every service that touches it and how long each kind of data is kept.

FAQ

Questions

What does it cost?

The pilot costs $299. The pilot fee is credited in full to the build. The build costs $1,200 one time. Care costs $149 a month. You pay your own AI and hosting bills.

How accurate is it?

I test the agent on your own cases. A person checks anything the agent doubts before it reaches a client. I give no accuracy number for cases I have not tested.

Who owns the agent?

You do. You own the accounts and the workflow.

What happens to an enquiry after hours?

The web enquiry agent replies in seconds. The missed-call agent texts the caller back within 30 seconds. Both run all day, so an after-hours enquiry gets a reply.

What happens after the pilot?

You decide. If you go ahead, the pilot fee is credited to the build, and I build on your tools. Care is optional at $149 a month.
