Finance teams
A supplier invoice with a wrong line total is easy to miss when someone types it in by hand. I build an AI agent that reads each invoice, checks the sums and writes a draft bill. A person reviews every draft.
An invoice arrives
Invoice 4471 from Northline Supplies, 12 items, total $3,184.50.
The agent checks it
Line 7 is $40 too high: 4 × $26.50 is $106.00, not $146.00. I drafted the bill with the corrected total of $3,144.50 for your review.

The problems I hear
Someone on your team types supplier invoices into the books by hand.
A line total that is too high passes unnoticed until the money has gone.
Invoices pile up at month end, and the team checks them in a rush.
What I build
Reads supplier invoices, checks the arithmetic and writes draft bills for your review.
Limits
Your team stays in charge. You approve every draft bill before it goes into your books, and you approve the rules the agent checks. Your accountant decides how your books are kept. This page is not accounting advice.
Your data stays in your own tools. The security page lists every service that touches it and how long each kind of data is kept.
FAQ
The pilot costs $299. The pilot fee is credited in full to the build. The build costs $1,200 one time. Care costs $149 a month. You pay your own AI and hosting bills.
I test the agent on your own past invoices. A person checks anything the agent doubts before a bill goes into your books. I give no accuracy number for invoices I have not tested.
You do. You own the accounts and the workflow.
It works inside the tools your team already uses, such as QuickBooks, Xero and Google Sheets. If your team logs in to a tool, I can usually connect the agent to it.
You decide. If you go ahead, the pilot fee is credited to the build, and I build on your tools. Care is optional at $149 a month.
